Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services and communications provided by Quintus Advisory Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including SMS/text messaging. By engaging with our services or receiving communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Quintus Advisory Group provides accounts receivable management, collections outreach, and advisory services on behalf of our business clients. Our communications with you are conducted in connection with an existing B2B commercial relationship between you and our client.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing a mobile phone number to our client or responding to our messages, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Quintus Advisory Group related to accounts receivable, including but not limited to:

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive multiple messages per month during periods of outstanding account activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Quintus Advisory Group does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Opt-In: You may re-subscribe to SMS messages at any time by replying START.

Supported carriers: Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

Disclaimer

Communications from Quintus Advisory Group are sent on behalf of our clients for the purpose of accounts receivable management. The information contained in our messages is not legal advice. If you have a dispute regarding an invoice or balance, please contact us or your account representative directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintus Advisory Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or SMS communications, including any delays or failures in message delivery.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
